Incredible selection, and a large showroom make thus place a great destination for interior design and home comfort. The lady who helped us was very kind, and up front about the various brands.
I went there to buy a mattress and ended up buying a whole entertainment center and mattress. Luis was the best, so helpful, friendly, courteous and did not pressure us! Best experience hands down when buying furniture in a long time! I would shop there again and recommend others to Luis! Go see Luis, ask for Luis! Hardest worker in there!
Well I must say Jose is an awesome salesman, but unfortunately he works with a man named Francis who has no respect at all. After a 10 minute argument over the phone with Francis about the furniture I purchased, I must say I will never give that store my business again.
I admit the prices are very competitive. We looked all around town and they had the best price for the bed set I wanted. However, I paid $100 for delivery and it has been a mission trying to get this bed set. First they said they would call to set up a delivery date. No one called me, I had to call them. Didn't get put on the truck the first week from Los Angeles. Second week had to call again and didn't get put on the truck from Modesto. Ridiculous. I spoke to the main lady there ( who also sold me the bed) and she apologized but I had to explain to her that I had to sleep on the floor in the mean time. I was then going out of town so she booked me for two weeks later. Still no call from them to confirm a time so I had to call again. This time I was trying to get a more precise time as I had to travel up from Fresno. The lady I spoke to said it was from 12-4pm and otherwise she didn't know what I wanted her to do. Excuse me I've paid a lot of money to have this furniture delivery the least they could do is be hospitable and accommodate my schedule. Currently still waiting on the delivery. Will not be buying from them again and will not recommend to others.
