I went there to buy my parents that live in the bayarea a leather double recliner, i told them specifically i wanted leather not fake leather 3 months later it started peeling , i will never do buissness with them again they are liars.

Telling us they're working with uniters warranty. Do not buy their warranty at all it's garbage the ppl are rude and hansens isn't doing crap about it. We paid 3k for couches that are fading quickly. Horrible service with your typical run around.
Buyer beware, this store is very unprofessional calling people meaning myself and telling them your furniture has arrived come get it ,then to find out that is not true it will be another 3 weeks i guess they are so bored they have time to mess with other peoples days save your time and shop some place more deserving of your hard earned money.
Send someone out to fix it. No call no show. Then we receive a letter saying since we didn't contact the warranty company within 15 days of the claim it is no longer valid. They never sent someone out to begin with!!!!!! We call warranty company back and they're sticking by a policy which is bs. No where in the policy does it say anything about 15 days.
