Currently, I work here. This store gets compliments for it's more than fair sale prices and it's excellent customer service. HSF has been here for around 8-9 years serving Modesto and the surrounding cities.
I bought two Sofas and a dining table. The table was described as solid marble and upon dilivery that table was brocken. To my surprise it was not solid marble but a layer of marble glued onto wood. The delivery crew apologized for the broken furniture and brought me back a replacement one. They pulled the table off the truck. The table was wrapped and covered with an old blanket l. They put the table in its designated area. No packaging came from the secod table. They said the table was a spare and it was in warehouse but when I first order the table they said they didnt carry any product in the warehouse which leads me to assume they gave me the display table. The replacemnet table has chiped marble and the manager still has not scheduled me a replacement even after numerous calls. Its been about two months. They also ran my credit without my permission and blamed it on the new employee saying she was not properly trained. How are you supposed to trust your information with a company like that?
I bought a couch that has a 5 year warranty and ysennia and Mr. Hiu have helped me so much and have made replacing damaged couches through kid wear and tear simple and easy. Their delivery guys showed up in the time frame they said they would come and were completely professional and courteous. If youre looking for quality furniture with a great selection go in and ask for Ron who helped us purchase a great living room sofa.
