The day I went there, it was pretty busy but a young lady was helping me and she was fabulous. She matched the online price for me and saved me almost fifty percent. She did all the paperwork in about 15 minutes which was turbo pace. The delivery was very good even though I had to pay for it. The delivery guys knew what they were doing and it was easy and fast. We love our leather reclining sofas. Great buy!
Great customer service. I was helped by Anthony and he was very pleasant in tune with my needs for my bedroom set. The price discount they offered was amazing. Great service and Anthony was so fast with the paperwork and financing was easy even with questionable credit and i put very little down. Definitely recommend
Beautiful display of furniture backed by genuine customer service. Purchasing process was simple and quick. All policies were are xplained clearly. Couldn’t be happier with our experience and new furniture to be delivered after Thanksgiving weekend!
I had a really good experience with the sales person Peter! He answered all our questions, let us take our time deciding what what wanted to purchase and helped us determine our monthly payment (even when adding to our order). My only complaint was that there was a paper what didn't get signed, so I went back to the store (which is 35-40 minutes away from where I live) and they don't know where the paper is I was suppose to sign and tell me to come back. I wasn't happy with the follow up call telling me they were going to send me to collections because I hadn't signed the paper they forgot to have me sign. I explained that I had already went to sign it and they couldn't find what they needed. So I had to go AGAIN and finally signed. There needs to be better communication or a check off sheet before a customer leaves and the staff needs to be nicer about trying to collect items THEY forgot to have us sign. Our furniture came in and the delivery guys were fast and made sure everything was to our liking. Still debating about whether I'd go back for more or refer friends and family to the store.
They have good furniture and prices. They need to do better with delivery and repair. It took me two months to get a damaged piece replaced after multiple trips to the store. They need to make the repair and/or replacement a much simpler process.
