We've gone here many times over the years and have bought many sets of furniture. Our most recent purchase was a set of 2 flexsteel power recliners and an accent chair. I would like to especially thank Brooke who helped us find the perfect set for our family she really was super knowledgeable about everything and very kind. I would recommend everyone to go check out Al's furniture they are the best.
My experience at Al's Furniture was very good. The sales representative, Mike, was helpful and courteous. I did not buy on the first day. I returned a few days later with my husband. Rick, was filling in for Mike and he was very nice and helpful, also.We decided to purchase the love seat, at that time. Then we returned the next day and went to the storage warehouse to pick it up. The workers there were pleasant and did a good job covering the love seat and were careful in loading it onto our truck. We are pleased with our purchase and will go to Al's Furniture again, in the future.
We had a great experience. Mike was excellent giving all the information and time we needed to make our decision. He showed us several options of recliner/rocker chairs. Al’s has the widest selection of recliner/rockers chairs in store that we could find. We did find another chair we like that was cheaper at a different location but the customer service wasn’t as good and the options weren’t either.
Al's Furniture is the best place to purchase quality furniture! Sales people are AMAZING and the furniture is beautiful. This is the 3rd purchase for me... first time I took my 93 year old mom In for a new recliner and sofa. Al was so sweet and kind to my dear little old mother that the shopping experience was a pleasure. When it came time for me to buy a new recliner of course I went back. Cesar was amazing and helped me find the perfect recliner. I went back a 3rd time to purchase a love seat and once again Cesar did not disappoint in helping me find the perfect piece. Al's Furniture is the best!!

We bought a twin size bed frame, mattress and bunkie board from Al's Furniture. Linda is the best! She took the time to show us what they had in the showroom and listened to our concerns wholeheartedly. I went back a week later to purchase and placed the order with Rich, who made the transaction smooth and hassle free. We picked up the stuff four days later and the warehouse guys were awesome and pretty funny. We got it home and put it together very quickly. My daughter loved it and tells everyone how beautiful her new bed is. Thank you and we definitely will be back again.
After the wonderful service in store, our chairs came in a month earlier than we were quoted and the delivery guys were extremely courteous and polite.
