Good customer service but the sales associate told me i was getting my order (a ring for my girl for ouy anniversary) on wendsday 2 days before the day and i ended up getting it a week late
Today we where standing there for 20-30 min waiting and no one bother to say "Hi we will be right with you" simple customer service. Acknowledge your customer.
Horrible customer service. I recently moved to the are from Reno and this is now the store that I have to deal with. I say I have to because I bought a wedding set that "needs" to be taken in every 6 months in order for the life time warranty to be valid. Incase something happens with the diamond or the setting.
Customers never get acknowledge. I been to this location twice. The first time a week ago and was there for an hour. The lady that was helping me was great but while customers came in and out no one bothered to greet them.
Once one of the reps became free he ignored us once again and went straight to help another young lady that had just walked in. Even after we informed him that we where next. James (that's this sales persons name) didn't care, and proceeded to help the lady. I asked to speak with his manager or assistance and to my surprise she was one of the three that where on the sales floor (directly next to us and she also ignored us). No wonder the reps act the way they act. Management does not set a better example.
I love this store spent plenty of money there the workers r very friendly well nina is she helps me all the time always go to her thou she a good sales women i sent many poeple to buy them fiances rings an ect.
