The staff at this Disney Store is the WORST! Most UNFRIENDLY employees! Horrible customer service!
Going to this newly expanded location is like shopping at Disneyland. It's almost as if they imported the staff directly from Anaheim. They are ridiculously helpful and friendly. I've never waited long to be served and always have been greeted with a smile.
The staff here are the definition of unhelpful. Disney really needs to look into this location.......
High prices. Fun Disney things for kids & adults too. Clothes, toys, collectables, jewelry & lots if other stuff.
Better since the move and remodel. More open for strollers and easier to navigate than the old ground floor location. Larger layout also means more inventory.
