Wards been serviving my cars for over 2 decades. Bmw volvo mgb now a pt cruiser. I wont use any other mechanic.
Ward is the most honest person I have ever met and will trust my current and any future vehicles to his care. I brought him quite the challenge and he was up front about all costs and even took the value of my vehicle into account before starting work.
This business failed the first rule of business and customer service. If a person can give you a run-around this way, it makes you wonder what else they're capable of doing, eh?
I have been looking for a good reliable service area for my Jetta and found it!! Ward and buddy are great to talk to, very fair with their charges, and do great work!!
One of the few true test of an honest and reliable mechanic is if you can get to talk to him on the phone--if a business owner and its employees are willing to take in a new customer by initially talking on the phone to gauge their willingness and to see if it's worthwhile for us, customers, to embark on the journey, especially if driving your car may not be an option. The phone call was received by Guillermo, who then asked me what I need. I said I'd like to speak with Ward. I was briefly put on hold so he can fetch him, after asking me where I'm from; and Guillermo came back with "What is it that you need?" So I said, again, that I need to speak with Ward. Guillermo said Ward is not in all day!
This is the best place. Ward is kind and honest with all of his repairs. I will never go anywhere else .
I hope they read this review and rectify this mistake.
