These people gave my anxiety, anxiety...not only that, but the vehicle I have been driving reeks horribly of smoke; therefore, I will have to, unfortunately, return there and trade in the car for one that doesn't make me want to vomit every time I get in it.****update*** I went back a couple days later and asked if I could trade the vehicle I was driving as it appeared my car would be in the shop a few more days and I could not continue driving in a car that smelled so bad. They apologized profusely and got me another car immediately... And it didn't smell! The only downside to my experience, then, was that I let them talk me into getting the additional insurance. And, since we had the rental for a total of 15 days, it ended up costing us $250 (not covered by our insurance).. Bummer..
I don't get it....The car has been returned, got my receipt back and everything is good. Except the deposit is still not returned. Somebody please explain WHY???
Service is quick, efficient, associates are professional & friendly. The only downside is "Why does it take Enterprise so long to release my deposit back to my credit card?"
The staff here is friendly and in line with my experience across other Enterprise rental locations. While they lack the capability of expedited pick-up similar to their partner National Rental car, the service and selection at this location is decent for a small town rental car outlet. Draw backs for people conscious of expense are having to rent a car for a longer period than potentially needed due to limited hours of operation during evenings and weekends. For business use it meets my needs and I like the convenience.
Lesson learned the hard way.
I use Enterprise frequently. Staff is always very helpful, friendly and ready to make sure I am in and out with the right vehicle. Cars are always clean and in great condition. I only use Enterprise.
Excellent service! I arrived with imminent tire failure on my motorcycle, 140 miles from home. Kevin saved my bacon with an immediate one-way car rental and allowing me to park my bike in a corner of their lot over night, until I could retrieve it the next day. Easy car return in home town. Thanks so much!
