I absolutely LOVE Angela!! She is awesome! I rent a LOT of cars for work, and tried her location over my usual...and I'm SOOO glad I did!
Angela was very helpful and kind. I rented a car for a road trip with my family. We were offered two choices of which Angela let us sit in the cars, look at trunk space, etc and we ended up choosing the car that best fit our needs. If you want a no nonsense, easy in and out rental, I recommend Avis at Vintage Faire. It was a great experience for myself and my family.
I had the best experience at this location. I've been renting cars for the past 6 months Angela, the owner is very professional and extremely helpful she even offers her business card with her cel number for her customers to call when booking online, to make sure the cars are available; since their corporate database doesn't always have the right information. Also to call her when looking for something special. I cannot say enough about my experience at this location.
Hunted for two days for a car rental. Lady who runs this place is excellent! Extremely helpful and incredibly accommodating. Will be back and will recommend to others.
Had a big problem with Avis and their service. My girlfriend and I had planned a family trip up to the snow. Avis had the cheapest rate and offered a one day rental when most places were closed on Sunday. My girlfriend called to reserve an SUV with 4 wheel drive, and asked if she could reserve one for us. They said they could not reserve a four wheel drive car. However the owner reserved a four wheel drive car for my sister who called days later. When I went in to ask about picking up a car that's when I found out she had reserved the four wheel drive car for my sister. How does it make sense to deny one customer a right and then allow another customer to reserve a specific car? When dealing with the owner she was very rude and had no reasonable explanation for her actions. Will NEVER use them again.
