I've used this facility in the past. I really loved how clean it was. I called to see if anything was available and 1. Didn't get a name when I called 2. Once I asked, the women I spoke to hung up on me 3. Called back and was sent to voicemail. This is the worst customer service experience!
Wow this place is a JOKE!!! Can not believe someone like this is still in business!! who in their right mind would write a great review on this owner! Customer Service... I don't believe they know what it is... let alone how to spell it! Don't waste your time with this place. Bea can not t take the time to answer basic questions over the phone, in a polite fashion, to gain business...don't wast your time.
I had a small unit a few yrs ago, and currently have a slightly larger one. My dad also has a small unit here. Bea at the front desk is friendly and always asks how my family is whenever I stop by. Very clean facility. Best prices in town.
