I had a problem the very first time I went there... But as soon as told the what had happened with my passport they fix all of the issues .... I cant be more thankful. Crystal knows whats she is doing when it comes to passports. I would recommended. THANK you .. have a bless day

The employees working on the floor are actually nice and helpful. Though I don't known if I can say the same for everyone else. My biggest issue with them is concerning delivery.
Perhaps my biggest concern, however, is the mail man. He has misplaced our (and our neighbor's) mail multiple times in the past year. Fortunately, our neighbors were kind enough to return them to us, but who wants to go through that every time? It turns out that I wasn't the first one to voice out their concern either!
Having worked in customer service, I can only imagine how much they have to work with at the post office. However, if the same employee keeps making the same mistakes and the supervisors don't seem to be as knowledgeable as they should be--then I think USPS should reevaluate their training process...
Horrible. Absolutely horrible. As one of the few places that are open on sundays, and allowing walk-ins, they can get quite busy. The wait time is extreme and unfair as it allows people to go earlier than the actual opening time. When I arrived, they told me they would not take me, even though I arrived 30 minutes before the opening hour. Reasoning is due to people lining up at 2-4 AM prior to obtain a ticket
Someone lost my items somewhere during transit, and only the packaging arrived in my mailbox. Whoever handled the package last somehow didn't notice the gaping hole at the top of the bubble mailer! I went to the post office twice after my package was supposedly deliver. According to the supervisor I spoke with on day 1, they stamp packages that arrive damaged. Mine was delivered without one, so perhaps it was an error in the mail man's part? I returned to following day, however, only to find out that even he had previously checked with a supervisor since my package was unusually light. Again, no one noticed the hole??? This really begged the question on who actually checks incoming packages...
Good staff. Usually quick in and out. You can get your passport here too.
The same supervisor I spoke with on day 1 also neglected to give me a case number. I didn't find out that I should have received one until I called customer service later that day (after waiting for over 30+ minutes on the phone mind you). I just felt like I wasted my time driving back and forth for nothing! Thank God Amazon was a lot more helpful...
I went here to today to cancel a PO Box I reserved online. Okay granted I did not read the instructions at the bottom of the email I received telling me how to cancel online. So I went into the post office and told Dan that I wanted to cancel my PO Box because I don't need it he proceeded to ask me all kinds of unnecessary questions and then told the system that he issued me two keys when he did not and then when he finishes the system tells him no refund due. I said that cannot possibly be correct because I didn't even use the PO box for one day and I just reserved it online four days ago. He proceeded to have a smart mouth and make rude comments and when I talked to his supervisor Christina she told me go online and see what i can do and then come back Monday and speak to Zina their finance manager. When I went online to try to cancel it said I can't cancel because there were Keys issued to me. This is completely and totally ridiculous now I have to waste my time going back in there again when if Dan had been knowledgable on what he was supposed to do instead of trying to be a smart ass I wouldn't be going through this right now!
I should have voiced my concerns sooner, but I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. This last incident was really proved me wrong.
