Have an emergency situation where I needed to be somewhere asap because a minor was alone at a school. I called a second time just to simply check on the status and I was greeted sarcastically by a gentleman that says "You JUST called 10 minutes ago" without even allowing me to explain my situation. Now I understand my situation is not their problem...but if you are representing a business show a little f***ing compassion. I as a receptionist know this. If I could give 1,000 negative stars I would!!!!
