One of my favorite movie theaters in Modesto! What motivates me to come here is that they are partnered with the Atom App which makes buying our tickets and concessions a breeze!
Used to be the least hassle movie experience in Modesto. Now they've gone reserved seating so good luck if you've not bought your tickets online week ahead of time and even then you're probably not sitting together. Used to be my go to but now I hate it more than the theatre in Riverbank.

I LOVE REGAL! It is the perfect place for family fun! DON'T TEXT OR USE PHONES INSIDE! Just report a complaint to a worker then the problem Will be taken care of
It's very good. The session go back like Galaxy which is cool. But the bathrooms are a little messy. Overall it's good.
They have recently upgraded the seating to the recliner chairs. Not as many seats but very comfortable. Plenty of parking and easy access.
