They need better customer service skills. This place is clean but your paying for it on the price of wash. Also if your card stops working you have to use your own money to replace the card, and you need a new one every couple of months because they stop working for reason; so its almost like paying a membership fee. These people dont greet you while coming or help you with the door if your hands are full with laundry or anything. I feel like the washers dont let out enough water for a good wasg. All of this is from personal experience.

I thought california law allowed ALL service animals to enter businesses regardless of paperwork or not. You barred a disabled person from being able to have her service animal with her while trying to wash her clothes. I will look into this and see if I need to go though the legal channels to have this rectified.
