Last few months the lines are longer and move very very slow. Employees seem pretty indifferent. Last 2 times took forever. Left today without even getting in line. I used to go here all the time. Won't anymore.
We are making a move out of state to Idaho. If they ever think of opening a location up our way (Post Falls/Couer d'Alane to be exact) we would be their first and most loyal customer ever :)
I love the free vacs before or after wash.

We purchased the monthly Premium, unlimited wash, and make it in about once a week. We have had excellent customer service EVERY single time we were in. The wash is thorough and fast.
