Staff was extremely friendly over the phone. She (I didn't catch her name) went out of her way to look a bike's delivery time for me. Really happy w/ the experience there, instore & on the phone.

Super friendly and always helpful. They do a ride every Saturday, 7am to build up the cycling community and introduce new cyclists to the world of the road. You will get more than a bike, you'll get new friends and skills as well.
