If you plan on coming to this office, just FYI there are no appointments so you will be waiting in line for approx 4 plus hours. If you come in late you might not even be seen. It is best to come in at 0630 and wait until the office opens up at 0830. There is approx 15-17 people in line by 0830. Which means you won't be seen on that day.
No one is ever available. They want there money but can't speak to someone as in why LMAO!!!
I've been waiting 3 hours, I arrived at 9 am and now the worker left for lunch. There for Mabey my number will be called anytime after 1 pm. Sad how Goverment does same at DMV as much as they take from payer.
If you arrive at 12ish and stay until closing the security guard will be able to sign your number ticket off so when you show up in the morning you will be #1 to be helped out vs the people awaiting numbers.

I get that there's two people working there, I don't know why they moved it if it's gonna be the same small space, and some mostly majority people are standing in the hot sun waiting for their turn. It was pointless to move to a different building.. Another thing that upsetting me is that the security doesn't do his job right better yet doesn't even be equal to every client that comes in he only helps the ones that he feels like he should help. Waiting on the number they should have it in order because people get confuse and mostly people keep checking if they're have lost their spot or not.. They should at least have a speaker outside and say the number that comes up next, that way people don't waste their time being there for so long and at the end of the day their number already passed. Hope you guys read this and take this as an advice.
There are usually 2 employees working inside the office sometimes 3 so wait time is really slow. San Jose and Fresno office are offices that you can get appointments at.
I've always found them to be very nice and helpful, never had to wait more than an hour
